The company, E. GANZON, INC. (EGI), was registered with the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) on October 26, 1982 as a construction services company headed by its President, Engr. Eulalio Ganzon, and is considered as one of the most progressive property development builders in the country ever since.

Since 1983, E. Ganzon, Inc. has been classified by the Philippine Construction Accreditation Board as a Triple “AAA” General Building and Engineering Construction Company due to its technical, equipment, financial, and organization strengths that the company has proven to advantage in the number of projects it had undertaken since it began.

The company has constructed of no less than 56 buildings in various proportions located in the country’s prime and significant districts, more particularly in Metro Manila area. On September 21, 2005, E. Ganzon, Inc. was awarded the National award of ”Best Engineering Contractor” by the National Quality Excellence Awards, the National Council for Product and Service Quality and the Consumer Magazine, Inc. at the Manila Mandarin Hotel in Makati City.

(EGI), recently evolved its updating efforts to implement corporate policy in the face of the changing business environment involving its operation. Since its early days, EGI had always considered going into low cost housing to help people without a house of their own. Thus, it is no wonder that socialized housing, by supplying the market with medium-rise condominiums, should now again be within periscope range of the “Noted Condominium Specialist.” That over-riding concern to build affordable homes for the homeless in the manner it knows best makes it easy and natural for EGI to slide down to develop low cost housing.

In the beginning, when it was pioneering on condominium development, it was building economic units of condominiums or else classy developments but finished “bare” to enable even those in the middle “B” bracket of economic standing in society to afford bigger units. These bare units are now fully completed by their owners at additional cost and are now numbered among the more elegant condominiums in Metro Manila.   The trend for urban developments for the income “A” and Upper “B” market is to deliver large condominium units with premium furnishings and accessories. Trias, Cavite.  EGI Properties, Inc. (EGIPI) would also develop with EGI a low cost housing condominium near Naga Road, Pulang Lupa, Las Pinas City, and perhaps, also in Taytay, Rizal.

This strategy will free EGI to concentrate on economic housing condominium units tailor-fitted to contemporary needs while helping EGIPI to flower and bloom, perhaps even listed someday in the Philippine Stock Exchange. This move will also focus each company to their chosen markets so that a perfect match of product and market may result with a rifle, not shot gun approach, sensitive to the needs of each specific market they would now concentrate on serving.
