III. Deferred Payment:

95% Balance in 42 months to pay without interest.

IV. In-House Financing
5% Down payments -Outright
95% Balance thru in house Financing

5 yrs – 12% interest p.a
10 yrs – 14% interest p.a

NOTES:
1. Reservation fee of Php20,000.00
2. Monthly payments/installments shall be covered with post dated checks.
3. All checks should made payable to E. Ganzon, Inc.
