TERM AND CONDITIONS:

1. Association Dues : Php 60.00 per Sq. M.

2. Two Months Advance Rental – Applicable on the first two months of the lease term after the rent free period

3. Security Deposit – Fixed Rate – depends on lease term

4. Electric Deposit – depends on electrical load payable to Power Concessionaires, Inc.

5. Construction Bond – Php 60,000.00 payable to Condominium South Insula  (50K refundable and 10K non-refundable)

6. Signage is separate contract

7. Parking is separate contract – one time payment
